Q1. What is Virgin Remy Hair ?
Remy hair is cut from a single donor, cuticles intact, and all hairs facing same direction from root to tip.
The cuticle layer is important when concerned with hair tangling, longevity of use.
When the cuticle layer is intact and lying flat , the hair is capable of reflecting light , so that the hair shines.

Q2. How many bundles do I need for full head ?
For average head size , here is our suggestion:
( 12" - 14" : 2 bundles ) , (16" - 22" : 3 bundles ) , ( 24" - 28" : 3 bundles or more ).

Q3. How long does it last ?
It depends on how you maintain it.
Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it. Normally it will last for more than 1 year.

Q4. Could the hair be permed and dyed ?
It is virgin hair, could be and permed and dyed. But please don’t exceed 150°C, or the hair will be destroyed.

Hair Daily Care :

1. Wash and condition hair regularly.
2. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair.
3. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally. Do not expose to sun.
5. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not brush.
6. Do not use hot curler and straighten frequently, that will shorten the life of hair.
7. When perming or dyeing the hair, use some nutrition water.
8. Hair may tangle if general care instructions are not followed properly.

You can choose free shipping by ePacket(www.usps.com),only to USA. Normally it takes 10-20 working days after being posted. We will choose another way instead if the shipping way you selected can’t deliver goods to your country or region.
3. Import taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, duties, and charges are not include in the term price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We ship all orders as “gift” or “synthetic hair” and deal lower value to avoid or minimize your import tax.
4. Normally, delivery day is 10-20 working days, if you don’t receive order on time within 30 days, pls contact us to help you tract your order with courier. Pls understand there is a little longer time because of bad weather delayed by custom clearance. The shipping time during Holiday Season(Christmas, Chinese New Year etc) could be longer than usual time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay.
5. Sometime Airmail may miss some postages, we will refund to the price of the item excluding the shipping fee when you can not get your item.
